At PerfumeAddiction, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent leakage.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and verifies the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
